Just wanted to say that even though we did not buy a particular used boat we were interested in, that Nick provided excellent service and coordination during our review process.. Nick and the dealership management were very transparent and open during the process and willing to make several repairs. Although we chose not to buy this particular boat, I was very impressed with how they operated and hope to do business in the future.

I cant comment enough on the amazing customer service I have received from Jeremy Jost and Brad in finance at Mr Os.

I live out of state and a five hour drive away , I was extremely nervous buying a first boat without being in person. Despite cold weather and being close to the holidays Jeremy sent me tons of videos and pics. He repeatedly took my calls and answered all my questions patiently. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the boat he gave me all the time I needed to do a video chat virtual walk around with a friend to inspect the boat. Then he gave me detailed instructions on how to install the travel cover, things to watch out for while trailering the boat, and let me know that the service team had repacked the bearings on the trailer for the drive home.

All of this happened a day earlier (and near closing time),then was scheduled due to inclement weather coming in. Even after the sale was complete, Brad has continually assisted me in getting the boat titled and registered out of state. I cant recommend these two enough. I work in sales and am extremely critical when I receive poor customer service so believe me when I say: If your looking for a new or used boat and want to be treated right go to Mr. Os and ask for Jeremy Jost. Thanks guys for making my buying experience great!

Mr. outboard has been working on my Boats for over 25 years. They are the best in this area, when you get your boat back from them you know its working properly and safe. Service department run by Dave is second to none.

Just purchased a new tyee 2075 from Brian, as my last tyee was totaled in a storm. Brian and the team hit it out of the park! Low pressure sales and able to answer all my questions. I gotta say your team did a great job fixing up the Tige. I now know I brought the boat with a bent propeller shaft and loose rudder. Never realized how much that rattled the hell out of everything. Its my first ski boat so I just thought thats how it road. The boat rides so smooth now! Its a big-big difference.

My dinged-up prop turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Dear Mr. Truttman;I would like to just pass on a brief message about the service work done on my boat by David Gray and the service technician Sam who unfortunately I cannot recall his last name. Through a series of unfortunate coincidences to me, I felt the work done on my boat was not completed. After returning back and dropping it off on Monday and discussing what occurred with David he said he would check it out. I told him I need the boat back by Wednesday evening at the latest whether it was done or not, I would have to pick it up. (Not caring if it was done or not just that I needed the boat and would take it without the stuff working so I would not have to cancel a trip. )David called me Tuesday afternoon. Had me come in and with the service man Sam explained what went wrong and why it happened. Actually a relatively simple fix. Extremely professional in every way, extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations of getting the boat back working in what I assume is a very busy season for you guys.David took a situation from where initially I felt unhappy, to a situation where at any opportunity I get I will recommend Mr. Outboards service department to anyone who will listen to me. Sam was excellent in the way he explained to me how to prevent future issues and showing me how the service problem was solved.Thank you for the excellent service and I commend these two men for their help and professionalism. Hey Moose,We have had our first outing with our new Lund. It was a good experience. We loved the ease of loading and unloading along with the nice start up,of the motor. The quiet running motor was a great plusthe wide ride was great. The motor ran flawless and the power of the 40 was nice to havegot it up on plane with only a quarter of the throttle. Fishing was only good for one nice bass. Monica caught a 16 inch largemouthmore fishing to come after the long weekend coming upthanks for all of your help and knowledge.

We purchased our Lund Explorer SS from Mr. Outboard. From the very start, the sales associate listened to what we were looking for and found several options within our price range. We only waited a few days for them to find our ideal boat. We took a look in person and were able to put it in the water to try it out. What impressed us the most, was that we purchased this boat in the fall and had nowhere to store the boat. They stored it for us until spring. The staff spent much time discussing how we intended to use the boat and helped us outfit the electronic units. All the staff were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory as well as the boat we purchased. I would highly recommend Mr. Outboard to anyone in search of a boat, new or used.

We bought a new 2018 Mastercraft at the end of the season in 2017. Although the salesman (Greg) was out of town on vacation, he was communicating with me and the guys back at the dealership so we could close the deal by the weekend. Mr. Outboard got us on the water so we could enjoy the unseasonably warm, September temperatures.Greg went above and beyond for us, from our 1st contact through the test drive, bank issues, delivery and some minor warranty concerns. Anytime I had a question he was there or returned calls or texts quickly. If only they could make the boating season longer!!

Mr Outboards is THE only place that will ever work on my boat in the future. I live in Illinois and fish Door county all summer long. Any time Ive had any minor or significant issues with my boat, the staff at Mr Outboards has been professional and friendly and had me back on the water ASAP. I trust them so much I now have them winterize my boat and store it at their facility in the winter months. Purchased my first boat from here and it was a fantastic experience. When I was looking at boats I was leaning towards a 17' boat and when my wife was along they somehow convinced her that I should go bigger and I ended up with a 18' boat. Not only did I get a bigger boat but they were willing to work with me on pricing to make it all come together. I'm beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend checking them out. First and foremost, another dealer recommended that I visit Mr. Outboard's when they didn't have what I was looking for. I had an outstanding experience working with all the staff at Mr. Outboard's.
